We would like to share our payment experience with ROYAL R.T. S.R.L. VAT: IT02700820349 Our company completed a transport service for this company, but the invoice remains unpaid. The outstanding amount is EUR 280, with the invoice pending since March 2026. The transport order was accepted through www.timocom.com. However, after the service was completed, communication became extremely difficult. We were unable to reach the company by phone, and our emails remained unanswered. We also noticed negative public feedback about this company, which makes the situation even more concerning. In addition, the company appears to no longer be active or visible on the transport exchange where the order was originally accepted. Even though the amount is not large, the principle is clear: completed transport services must be paid. Lack of communication after delivery creates unnecessary risk for carriers. Based on our experience, we do not recommend working with ROYAL R.T. S.R.L. on credit terms. Cooperation should only be considered with 100% prepayment or reliable payment security.
