Our experience with EIRIF UAB raises serious concerns about their payment discipline. We completed the agreed transport service without any problems. The delivery was performed correctly, and no service-related complaints were made. Despite this, invoice No. 2026APR 567 for EUR 520 has remained unpaid since April 2026. The explanation we received was that EIRIF UAB had allegedly not been paid by their own customer and therefore could not pay us. We were told to wait until they have funds. For a carrier, this is unacceptable: our service was completed, and our payment should not depend on their internal financial issues or their customer’s payment situation. After we reported the unpaid invoice on cargo.lt, the response became even more unprofessional. Instead of resolving the matter, we were told that now the payment would take even longer. We also note that a similar situation was reported in 2025 by VOLUKTE UAB, where payment was allegedly delayed after the unpaid invoice was reported on Cargo.lt. For these reasons, we cannot recommend working with EIRIF UAB on credit terms. In our opinion, transport companies should only cooperate with this company under full prepayment ONLY !
