We transported cargo for Aldens Holding SIA several times. Unfortunately, our experience with payment has been very difficult. Payments were repeatedly delayed, and we had to send multiple reminders and follow-ups in order to receive settlement. In some cases, the payment process lasted for months, with explanations such as invoices not being received etc.
Based on our experience, we recommend working with this company only on prepayment terms or with strict payment security. Offering credit terms may create financial risk for transport companies.
